Accounts Payment terms are strictly 30 days from Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 5% handling charge. This will be strictly enforced. Discounts We offer standard discounts to any account over £2000.00 on any single invoice only. A 5% discount will be deducted before any expenses are added. Any payments outside the 30 day period will result in full loss of that invoice's discount in total or a 5% handling charge whichever is the greater. Terms of hire. All hires will start when the vehicle leaves our office and finish when the vehicle returns to our office except those hires subject to a fixed charge. Crown Luxury Cars Ltd expressly prohibits persons not in our employ from driving our vehicles. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. When a hirer desires to travel to a specific place Crown Luxury Cars Ltd employees will use the most expedient route to travel to the desired destination irrespective of distance. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to its original state. We reserve the right to provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally, or change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary. The Company adopts a no smoking policy in all of its vehicles. We DO NOT provide child seats for our vehicles. If a child seat is required for your journey, it must be provided by the parent/guardian of the child and fitted correctly. The parent/guardian is responsible for the safety of the child at all times. The first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 30 minutes increments at the rate published in our price list. All parking and toll fees will be added to the final invoice at cost. A drivers sustenance allowance is charged on all journeys over 8 hours. For hires which incur the driver staying overnight, all hotel and meals are charged at cost, together with an additional charge of £35.00 per night. We will monitor your flights progress based on information available. The chauffeur shall amend his arrival time accordingly. If however the flight arrival time is amended due to delays following the chauffeur’s arrival at the airport, then additional waiting time will be charged at our basic hourly rate from the current price list. please inform our office as soon as you are aware of any delay to your arrival time. Cancellation Should you wish to cancel your booking there will be no charge unless the vehicle has left our office, then the full charge of the hire will apply |
